Lunchbox Idea: PB & J SUSHI
Back to School brings on the dreaded decision of what to pack in the kids lunch boxes. Sometimes we just have to put a new spin on a classic. My kids love when I take their favorite Peanut Butter and Jelly and make it into PB&J Sushi bites. The best thing about these is that they are bite sized and don’t have to be refrigerated so they are easy to pack and fun for the kids to eat!
Lunchbox Idea: PB & J SUSHI
2-3 Slices White Sandwich Bread
4 Tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Grape Jelly
Remove crusts from sandwich bread. Roll out bread until flattened. Spread peanut butter first then jelly. Roll into cylinder shape and slice at ½ inch intervals. Usually 2 slices of bread sliced into rolls is one serving.
Great with a glass of milk and a side of pretzels and grapes!
