This offer is valid from 3/1- 3/11
It is valid on the following:
- (1) 24 count Maximum Strength Zantac 150 or (1) 24 count Maximum Strength Zantac 150 Cool Mint Tablets, OR (1) 30 count Zantac 75. (NOT valid on the chewables)
- All requests must be received mailed on or before April 10, 2015.
- Limit ONE Rebate per household mailing address. Group Submissions are void.
- Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery
