This is the week of bringing you these awesome budget friendly meal planning for all of you Meijer Shoppers. You can find more Meijer Meal Planning ideas HERE
For this week, using the Favado App and our Meijer Matchups posted here on A Mitten Full Of Savings, I’ve been able to come up with a whole week’s worth of dinners that will cost you less than $50, along with a few things from your pantry! You can also print out my FREE Meal Planning printables that will help you plan and organize your meals each week! (this is always super helpful for me!!)
- This is based off of a family of 4-5- so you will need to adjust it accordingly for a bigger or smaller family.
- All items are on sale or part of the lower Meijer price. If you don’t have the pantry items, then you will need to add those into your final price. (sale dates )

Meal 1: Creamy Chicken and Pasta $5.86
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 brick Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1 can Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 onion, peeled and diced (pantry)
- 1 box Meijer green box bow tie pasta
Directions: Place the chicken in a small slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, soup, and onion. Pour over the chicken, cover, and set to low for 4-6 hours. Prepare the pasta according to the package and serve with the chicken mixture over the top.
Meal 2: Teriyaki Pork with Rice and Broccoli $5.54
- 2 lb Pork tenderloin
- ½ C brown sugar (pantry)
- ¼ C soy sauce (pantry)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (pantry)
- Knorr Rice Side, any variety
- Green Giant boxed broccoli
Directions: Place the pork tenderloin in a slow cooker. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic; pour over the pork. Cover and set to low for 6-8 hours. Prepare the rice and broccoli per package directions. Serve hot.
Meal 3: Salad with Salmon $8.99
- 1 lb salmon filet
- 2 avocados, peeled and diced
- 1 pkg Compari tomatoes, diced
- 1 pkg Dole salad
- salad dressing (pantry)
Directions: Place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake in a 425°F oven for 10-15 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Place the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Top with the salmon and serve with your favorite dressing.
Meal 4: Italian Pork Chops $7.65
- 1 ½ lb pork tenderloin, sliced into chops
- 1 can Progresso Tomato Basil soup
- 1 yellow pepper, seeds removed and flesh chopped
- 1 onion, diced (pantry)
- 1 cloves garlic, minced (pantry)
- 1 box Green Giant vegetables, any variety
- 1 box NY Texas garlic toast
Directions: Place the pork chops, soup, pepper, onion, and garlic in a saute pan. Cover and set to medium. Cook 20-25 minutes, until the pork is tender and cooked through. Prepare the vegetables and toast per package directions. Serve hot.
Meal 5: Simple Tuna Noodle Casserole $4.79
- 1 pkg Meijer fine egg noodles
- 2 cans Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 pouch Starkist chunk light tuna
- 1 C Milk (pantry)
Directions: Place the egg noodles in a fine mesh strainer and rinse for 2 minutes under hot water and transfer to a casserole dish. Mix the soup, tuna, and milk. Pour over the noodles, cover, and bake in a 375°F oven for 35-40 minutes, until the noodles are tender. Serve hot.
Meal 6: Easy Chicken and Waffles $8.99
- 1 bag Meijer frozen breaded chicken tenders
- 1 box Meijer frozen waffles
- 1 jar Heinz Chicken Gravy
- 1 pkg Green Giant vegetables, any variety
Directions: Bake the chicken per the package directions. Toast the waffles until crispy. Heat the gravy until simmering and prepare the vegetables per package directions. To serve, place chicken on the waffles, cover with gravy, and serve vegetables on the side.
