Meijer Meal Planning Week 9/24: 6 Meals For $32 Bucks

Welcome to another week of bringing you these awesome budget friendly meal planning for all of you Meijer Shoppers. You can find more Meijer Meal Planning ideas HERE
For this week, using the Favado App and our Meijer Matchups posted here on A Mitten Full Of Savings, I’ve been able to come up with a whole week’s worth of dinners that will cost you less than $50, along with a few things from your pantry! You can also print out my FREE Meal Planning printables that will help you plan and organize your meals each week! (this is always super helpful for me!!)
- This is based on a family of 4-5- so you will need to adjust it accordingly for a bigger or smaller family.
- All items are on sale or part of the lower Meijer price. If you don’t have the pantry items, then you will need to add those into your final price. (sale dates )
Meal 1: Mexican Soup $5.63
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced (pantry)
- 1 onion, diced (pantry)
- 1 can (15 oz) Hunt’s Tomato Sauce
- 1 orange pepper, diced
- 32 oz Beef stock (pantry)
- 1 box Meijer angel hair pasta, broken into 1-inch pieces
Directions: In a stock pot, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Drain any fat. Add the tomato sauce, pepper, and beef stock. Bring to a simmer for 30 minutes. Add the pasta and cook until tender, about 8 minutes.
Meal 2: Pork Chops, Stuffing, and Vegetables $5.37
- 2 lb bone-in pork chops
- 1 pkg Stove Top pork stuffing, plus ingredients per directions
- 1 bag Meijer frozen vegetables, any variety
Directions: Prepare the stuffing as directed on the package. Place in a greased casserole dish. Top with the pork chops, cover, and bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour, until pork chops are cooked through. Prepare the vegetables by steaming to the desired doneness.
Meal 3: Slow Cooker Sausage, Potatoes, and Green Beans $4.49
- 1 pkg Eckrich smoked sausage, cut ½” thick
- 2 cans Meijer diced potatoes
- 1 bag Meijer frozen green beans
- 1 t oregano (pantry)
- 3 T butter (pantry)
- Salt and pepper (pantry)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and set to low for 4-6 hours. Serve with crusty bread, if desired.
Meal 4: Onion Cheddar Chicken with Vegetables $7.42
- 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 container Helluva Good onion dip
- Milk (pantry)
- ½ box Cheez-It crackers, crushed
- 2 bags Meijer frozen vegetables, any variety
Directions: Place the onion dip in a shallow bowl and mix in milk to make a slurry. Place the crushed crackers in a shallow bowl. Dip the chicken in the onion dip to coat, then roll in the crackers to coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 375°F oven for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Prepare the vegetables as desired.
Meal 5: Slow Cooker Chili $5.87
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced (pantry)
- 1 clove garlic, minced (pantry)
- 1 40 oz can Meijer dark red kidney beans
- 1 28 oz can Meijer petite diced tomatoes
- 2 T chili powder (pantry)
- Salt and pepper (pantry)
Directions: Brown the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Place in a slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and set to low for 6-8 hours. Serve with crusty bread, if desired. Refrigerate leftovers for next meal.
Meal 6: Chili 3-Way $2.99
- Leftover chili
- 1 box Meijer spaghetti
- 1 pkg Kraft Shredded Cheddar
- 1 onion, diced (pantry)
Directions: Heat the chili at a simmer for 10 minutes. Prepare the pasta as directed on the package. Serve the chili over the pasta, topped with cheddar and onions.
