Earn a reward credit for every 5th prescription you fill at the Meijer Pharmacy!
So if you fill prescriptions at Meijer or just about anywhere and want to save even MORE on your purchases, here’s what you need to do to get started:
Meijer mperks Pharmacy Rewards Program
- First you must have a Meijer mperks account. If you don’t have an account you can read about how the Meijer mperks program works and sign up today!
- Once you have your account login to your Meijer mperks account.
- Click on the Rewards tab, then click on the Pharmacy tab
- Click on the join now by button. Then you sign an agreement.
- Once that’s done, you’re ready to start building up your rewards!
Earn 1 reward credit with every 5th prescription filled. Just enter your mPerks number and PIN at the pharmacy counter each time, then check back here to see your progress toward your next credit. Once you’ve earned enough credits, you can clip a reward below. Remember, you can only clip one reward at a time and you will need to redeem it within 30 days.

How do I sign up for a new m perks account when I already have one? I have a new email address and phone number and would like to switch so I can use my new ones.
If you want to switch your current mPerks over to your new phone number, you should be able to call customer service and have them update this for you.
