**for the Purex Savingstar Rebate offer, the threshold has been before for the coupon/promotions are applied. I know the P&G Rebate offers for Savingstar are usually different and some Savingstar Rebate offers have to meet the threshold even AFTER the coupons. I read and re-read the details of the Purex Savingstar offer and I am not seeing where it is stating the threshold has to be after the discount and promotions.
