It’s that time of year again when a good Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili is a must in our menu plan! Not only is this something that is super easy to make on busy days, but it is perfect comfort food. Depending on what you add as toppings, it is also a very healthy option so great for most dietary needs!
Slow Cooker White Chicken Chili
When we make slow cooker white chicken chili, I use our 6-quart programmable cook and carry Crockpot. You can use any larger slow cooker you prefer, but this is my go-to. It’s easy to use and perfect if we are going to friends, family, or those church potlucks since it transports so handily. Keeping soup warm until you are ready to eat is super easy with this slow cooker option.

Serving White Chicken Chili
We love this recipe topped with a dollop of sour cream and green onions. You may wish to add some cilantro, shredded cheese, or even crushed tortilla chips to the top if you prefer. It’s such a great mellow flavor by itself, so it works great as a kid-friendly recipe. Of course, my guys like to add some sriracha or other hot sauce to the top to kick it up a notch or two.
