Turkey and Sweet Corn Soup Recipe

- 1 Tablespoon olive oil or butter
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 5 cloves garlic, minced or chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups turkey, chopped or shredded
- 2 15-ounce cans corn (fresh or cream-style)
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
